The 7-Day Happiness Journey is a one-week educational workshop for like minded young moms/women around Vietnam. We equip them with 3 interactive workshops on Zoom, featuring our amazing lineup with speakers/trainers.

The mission
The Brain Juice approach
To further nurture their personal development, we also equip our participants with a beautiful workbook that accompanies them during and after the journey, as well as a Facebook Group called “Mẹ và Con - Hành Trình Hạnh Phúc", where they can freely share what they've learnt and get connected with one another.
The program started with a kick-off livestream event and ended with a celebration.
Apart from using Zoom as our main medium for the workshops, we also streamed the workshops on Facebook to spread our message even further.
