SUSS Workshop
We held our first intergenerational session for RADAr, bringing together aspiring founders ranging in age from 18 to 65. The diverse group shared a wealth of creative ideas, including one for a digital application to burn hell bank notes virtually—an innovative approach to reduce carbon emissions from traditional practices. Beyond the brainstorming, participants had a great time and walked away equipped with a fresh framework to shape their business plans and products.
Brief About the Session
- Our first inter-gen session for RADAr, where we had aspiring founders aged from as young as 18 to as wise as 65
- We received a lot of interesting ideas spanning such as designing an application for burning of hell notes as an alternative to the physical act, to cut down on carbon footprint
- Ultimately, the participants had a lot of fun as well as get equipped with a new framework to craft their business plans and products

The Feedback
- we should never undermine creativity of a human mind
- The card we draw is unknown. This is like the market place we can hit by wild situations so it force us to think out of box.
- Ideation can be done fast (with the help of the RADAr framework) and better ideas shaped up eventually
- (you might initially) think of the impossible, (but with the framework we can) make it possible.
- Ideas come from everywhere. It is better to have others to bounce off these ideas.
- (being open to the) Different thinking perspective of (other) people
- Very well designed game that encourage more thorough thought
- Platform is good for commercialisation as a team builder for C-suite get together.
