What we're looking for...

Your main role is to support our team as a Content Writer who offers a new yet relatable perspective. By bringing our vision to life through your work, you ensure strong empathy and purpose in all written output.

  • Produces original, engaging, clear, and well-researched copy for various mediums (e.g. social media, blogs, newsletters, video scripts etc.) that is consistent with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Interprets creative direction and technical information and turns them into compelling copy concepts.
  • Conducts research to formulate ideas and plan content strategy.
  • Collaborates with the team to brainstorm and develop marketing materials for various internal projects and campaigns.
  • Researches keywords and uses SEO principles to maximise copy’s reach.
  • Edits and proofreads copy for accuracy and quality or as needed.
  • Supports pitching, project execution and new product/service development through research, content writing, proofreading etc.
  • Interprets creative briefs to develop and produce content and messaging concepts.
  • Researches and understands the client's needs and target audiences, through primary and secondary research, reviews of existing research, interviews, and meetings.
  • Consults on content approach and copy using his/her expertise; supporting and challenging the team where necessary.
  • Writes original and well-researched copy and edits content for a range of business development, marketing and communications materials.
  • Collaborates with a team of portfolio managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of the final product.
  • Assists in different aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content.
  • Edits and proofreads copy for accuracy and quality or as needed.
  • Manages and integrates feedback masterfully, overdelivering with relevant suggestions where possible.
  • Enhances team and organisation reputation by:
  • Updating knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organisations.
  • Strengthening our portfolio with relevant case studies and experimentation.
  • Guiding junior creatives who may be put under your charge.

Key Details

Location: remote from the Philippines

Salary: ₱28-30k (negotiable depending on experience)

Work Hours & Benefits

  • 44-hour work week
  • Birthday Leave: 1 day during your birthday month
  • Annual Leave: 7 days Paid Leave, 7 days Unpaid Leave

Copywriting Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional research, communication and writing skills to interpret and communicate concepts and information into clear and concise messages
  • Commitment to quality as demonstrated through strong editing and proofreading skills

  • Project coordination
  • A keen eye for how copy is integrated into design to become a great solution

Education and Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a professional copywriter with a solid portfolio of work
  • Social media or content marketing and SEO experience is a bonus but not necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline is a bonus but not necessary
  • Marketing/digital marketing experience is a plus but not necessary

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
