What we're looking for...

A high-energy ideas person, who is also able to execute well and produce consistent results. Your main role is to stay on top of projects from the initial ideation through to completion.

Among other things, this includes: coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and aligned to the desired outcomes and objectives, continually optimising workflow processes and developing strong relationships with clients and partners.

You will be required to efficiently and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time. You will need to:

  • Understand the project to determine and define project scope and objectives, and conduct independent research to understand the project on a deeper level where needed.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Meeting deadlines is your responsibility - you will need to ensure that the team sticks to the assigned dates.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required assets to kickstart the project and predict resources needed to meet project objectives.
  • Work closely with the creative team to make sure that deliverables are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Consistently communicate project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, timelines, adjustments, and progress.
  • Prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements, and track costs to meet the budget where necessary.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, and ideate solutions for the team to improve swiftly and effectively.

Work Hours & Benefits

Project Manager Skills and Qualifications

  • Superb organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated success in seeing projects through the full life cycle according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure. Drive positive interactions among key team members and stakeholders.
  • Forward thinking-ability to think outside the box, develop new ideas and concepts that add value to our partners.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management or any related experience
  • Candidates with experience producing creative work will be prioritized in the hiring process
  • Demonstrates keen interest in any field (e.g. technology, sustainability, D&I, etc.)
