What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
What we're looking for...
Your main role is to support our Senior Creative Executive as a creative powerhouse who has a unique point-of-view yet unrivalled versatility. By bringing our vision to life through your work, you ensure strong empathy and purpose in all creative output.
- Supports pitching, project execution and new product/service development through creative consultancy, ideation, moodboarding, creation of mock ups, design rationale presentations etc.
- Sets and meets creative standards including production quality, productivity, customer service standards etc.
- Resolves operational problems and identifies work process improvements.
- Monitors creative expenses and implements cost-saving actions.
- Reviews project production factors by studying budget, background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.
- Improves quality of results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes.
- Produces layouts, visuals, videos and other creative outputs independently or based on a brief where available.
- Selects and secures illustrative material by formulating basic layout design concepts and conducting research.
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; and responds to client commentary and requests.
- Enhances creative team and organisation reputation by:
- Updating knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organisations.
- Strengthening our portfolio with relevant case studies and experimentation.
- Guiding junior creatives who may be put under your charge.

Creative Lead Skills and Qualifications
- Creativity and vision
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Project coordination
- Graphic design skills
- Developing creative standards
- Proficiency with illustration tools
- Desktop publishing skills
- Multimedia content development
- Video editing skills is a plus
- Audio or podcast editing skills is a plus
- UI/UX understanding/experience is a plus
Education and Experience Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a multidisciplinary creative, art director or creative director
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree in an art, fine arts or design is a bonus but not necessary
- Marketing/digital marketing experience is a plus but not necessary
